Instaplayer, the best app to experience your Instagram moments anywhere is now live on the App Store!
Instaplayer was done by Instagramers for Instagramers, it is free to download and works on all your iOS devices. That’s right! iPhone, iPod, iPad, iPad mini and last but not least iPhone 5.
But Instaplayer is a lot more than a beautifully designed Instagram viewer; Instaplayer re-designs social photography for any type of social gathering. It is the perfect moment sharing platform!
In the video above, you can see Instaplayer projected to a big screen TV via an Apple TV. This particular event was a party, we used the hashtag: #instaplayerparty . Every time someone snapped a photo using Instagram and tagged it “#instaplayerparty”, the photo would be printed live on the TV screen as you can see in the video. Cool right!
Try it out this weekend with your friends, or even better create your own personal hashtag for the holidays and share it with all your loved ones.

Japan’s Coming of Age Day (成人の日)

On the second Monday of every January, Japan observes Coming of Age Day, a holiday meant to commemorate and celebrate young Japanese men and women who turned 20—legal adult age—during the previous year.
While Coming of Age Day was made an official holiday in 1948, similar ceremonies have been held throughout Japan since the early 8th century. Japanese men and women celebrating the occasion often don traditional clothing and attend events at local government offices in the morning before hosting parties and celebrating with friends and family later in the day.
This is super cool! And if you input “The Treehotel” as a location in Instaplayer, besides seeing all the beautiful photos from that location, every time a new photo is taken, it will instantly appear on the screen and be added to the animated wall of photos.
A Night in Sweden’s Treehotel
In a remote part of Swedish Lapland, tucked away in a forest just south of the Arctic Circle, are the most stylish tree houses in the world. The Treehotel in Harads, Sweden, has five unique “treerooms” all elevated 4-6 meters above ground: The Cabin, The Mirrorcube, The Bird’s Nest, The Blue Cone, and The UFO. Each room was designed by one of Scandinavia’s leading architects with custom-designed furniture, lighting, and fabrics.
